In order to preserve the rich artifacts and keep alive the history of the Congregation and that of the places where its members worked, this sub-section provides the names of the places and the virtual addresses of these museums.

Museums in the Montréal Region:

Hospitalières de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal Museum
As an invitation to re-tell the course of history, the Hospitalières de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal Museum, inaugurated in 1992, opens onto a magnificent oaken stairway from the XVIIth century. A stairway in which the warm reflection is extended into the oak of the floors of this museum, all of which is enveloped in a soft golden light. A stairway which opens wide the great doors of history. |

In the building of the public library in Antigo, a permanent exposition recounts the history of Langlade Memorial Hospital and the role of the Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph in the community of Langlade. |

St. Michael’s Museum, Miramichi, New Brunswick presents a view of the history of the Religious Hospitallers of Saint Joseph of Hotel Dieu, Chatham and St. Michael’s Academy. |

Historical Museum of Tracadie
The originality of this museum, opened in 1968, comes from the fact that it is the only one in Canada to present a view of a house for lepers in the 19th century.
We can see photos, a pharmacy for this type of care, as well as objects which belonged to persons with leprosy. The museum also makes known the history of Tracadie, artifacts of the Micmacs, etc.
