How
to become an RHSJ

|
| SEEING YOURSELF AS ... A RELIGIOUS HOSPITALLER OF
ST. JOSEPH
Living the vision of Jérôme Le Royer and Marie
de la Ferre in today’s world,
Come and see what religious life as a Hospitaller can offer
you today in the spirit of the liberty of the children of God.
 |
Consecrated life: «TOTALLY
DIRECTED TOWARDS GOD AND OTHERS Called by God,
we commit ourselves freely, in poverty, chastity and obedience
to follow Jesus in a life of intimacy with Him. |
| |
|
Prayer life : «A SINGLE HEART THAT LIFTS ITS
VOICE TO GOD»
It is in prayer and contemplation that Jesus reveals his Father’s
plan of love for us and invites us to work with Him in his mission.
  |
Community life: «A FAMILY
SPIRIT WHICH EXPRESSES ITSELF AS WELCOMING»
We are called to live a simple life style, placing our
goods in common, sharing tasks and responsibilities, doing
all in a spirit of joy, confidence and mutual reconciliation,
following the example of the first Christian community
which formed but one heart and one soul. (Acts 4,32).
|
Mission : «CALLED AND CONSECRATED FOR MISSION
»
We are members of an apostolic religious institute at the heart
of the Church.
We are called to live the liberty of the children of God. United
in faith and charity, we continue to announce the Good News
of Jesus Christ in incarnating his tenderness and compassion
to women and men of our time, and especially to the poor, the
sick and the most needy.
